Tension-Strap-locking-Adapter

The Segufix adapter solves the problem when your bed is too wide for the Segufix strap length or the straps are too short. Regular tension straps can be opened, but the box with the Segufix lock prevents this without a key. 😈

Here's how it works: In the open position, you thread the end of the strap through the opening on the side opposite the hinge and pull it all the way through. Then you guide it back in on the hinge side, over the deflection, and out on the other side.

Now, insert the metal pin of the lock into the notch so that it sticks out upwards, and close the box, with the pin protruding through the hole. Place the magnetic lid on to lock the box. When you pull on the upper end of the strap, the loop tightens. It can only be released when you open the box and release the strap.

The adapter consists of two parts:

• the box with the lock

and

• adapter for narrow tension strap and wide Segufix strap
